I have had the good fortune to have been invited by my good friend Antony Hands of Chasing Summer Photography to take photos at the 2019 edition of the Tamworth Country Music Festival. In 2018 I used two Fujifilm X-T1 cameras, this year I was using an X-T2 and X-H1, two cameras that worked flawlessly.
The days were ridiculously hot with temperatures in the high 30s and low 40s (centigrade). I didn’t feel the best and going to bed at 1AM while it was still in the low 30s is crazy, but still enjoyed my short time in Tamworth.
I had the pleasure of being invited to be an official photographer of the Tamworth Country Music Festival, 2018. Over several very long and hot days we photographed musicians and festival activities.

These vehicles are so quick, some riders believed there were batteries hidden in those vehicles.

Rosanna and Damon asked me to photograph their wedding, so I did.
I'm not the photographer type that sets up shots, I enjoy finding moments and capturing what is going on without any direction. Spontaneous. Real.
This was their day, not mine to arrange and control.
A fantastic day, thank you.
...often called street photography, but since it isn't always out on the street, I'd rather call it life in public places.
